XS, getting along.
I cleaned up the bike a bit, got tires on it, gave motor its first bath & Played musical headlights & gauges. Im on the fence here & will decide tomm hopefully what way to go, big or small, gauges or no visible gauges maybe sinking a speedo in the headlight housing.....Need to talk to LA about it.

go classic..big headlight...(itsa not that big really)...gauges, and tail on...she look good...cant beat the classics...those norton and triumph boys will be astounded when they get rounded up...
Matt, the tail will be a removable jobbie. He can have it on & ride solo, or unclip it & ride 2 :-)
Sounds like we will go Big headlight, & Ill put the speedo in the headlight.
I gotta stay cutting edge here....
